En Amérique du Nord un des vêtements les plus distinctifs à porter pour les Aborigènes, autre que leur insignes royaux tribal traditionnel, est une chemise avec le ruban ou robe avec le ruban. Ce dessin a commencé dans la partie sud-ouest du continent de l'Américain du Nord et a été copié sur les États-Unis et Canada par les Indiens et les non - Indiens pareillement. Ces vêtements peuvent être portés n'importe où mais il est plus commun de les porter pour les célébrations culturelles spéciales comme réunions.   

NKJ Native d’Origine, aimerait vous présenter l'occasion de posséder votre propre chemise ou robe avec le ruban, qu’elle fait dans la tradition sur le Territoire heureux de Tyendinaga Mohawk, Ontario du sud, Canada. Vous pourrez  voir à travers les modèles les deux styles du ruban ' southwest ' représenté par les lignes verticales sur les dessins Mohawks  noirs et blancs et cousu en bas.

Les chemises sont créées de tissu en polyester 50% et de coton 50%. Tous les vêtements devropnt ÊTRE LAVÉS À LA MAIN et ne jamais mettre dans une machine à laver. Ceci pour empêcher les rubans d'être frangés ou rayés par les surfaces de la machine .

Vous pourrez également voir  les diverses créations pour hommes et femmes en peau de daim " buckskin" , robes, jupes, chemises, pantalons ou autres sur demande.

Narda Kathaleen Iulg, est une Mohawk qui vit sur le territoire de Tyendinaga Mohawk. Elle crée l'habillement unique avec un goût indigène très sur, appréciés des  stars de cinéma et pour le grand public .

  In North America one of the most distinctive garments for Aboriginal people to wear, other than their traditional tribal regalia, is a ribbon shirt or ribbon dress. This design started in the southwest part of the North American continent and has been copied all over the United States and Canada by both Indians and non-Indians alike. These garments may be worn anywhere but is it most common to wear them for special cultural celebrations like powwows.

NKJ Native Originals would like to present you with the opportunity to own your own ribbon shirt or dress made by "happy Mohawk fingers" on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory in southern Ontario, Canada. As you move through the examples you will see both the 'southwest' loose flowing ribbon style represented by the vertical lines on the black and white drawings and the sewn-down ribbon style of the Mohawks.

The shirts are created from 50% polyester and 50% cotton fabric. All garments should be WASHED BY HAND and never put into a washing machine. This is to prevent the ribbons from being frayed or scratched by rough surfaces

You will also see the various creations for men and women in buckskin", dresses, skirts, shirts, pants or other on demand.

Narda Kathaleen Iulg, is a Mohawk who lives on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. She creates unique clothing with a rich Native flair for both the general public and movie stars alike.
